Ms. Madden: "He was sentenced to four years in prison; 10 years supervised release and a $7,500 fine."

Mr. Schiff: That's Deborah Madden at the FBI's Jackson, Mississippi, office. She says the FBI takes child porn cases seriously…

Ms. Madden: "As stated by Jackson Special Agent in Charge Frederick Brink, 'The FBI will continue to work tirelessly to identify, investigate and prosecute the child pornographers, sexual predators and others who would do harm to our children.' "

Mr. Schiff: Madden says the subject had hundreds of illegal images on his computer…

Ms. Madden: "The investigators found over 700 images to include photographs and videos which contained both verifiable and suspected child pornography including images of 37 known victims."

Mr. Schiff: Madden says this guy didn't produce the images…

Ms. Madden: "He was guilty only of downloading and possessing"
