Rosebud Man Charged with Abusive Sexual Contact

U.S. Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that a Rosebud man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for abusive sexual contact and abusive sexual contact while registered as a sex offender.

Randy Never Misses A Shot, age 48, was indicted by a federal grand jury on November 6, 2012. He appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno on November 8, 2012, and pled not guilty to the indictment. The maximum penalty upon conviction is 10 years’ imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, or both. The charges are merely accusations, and Never Misses A Shot is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

The investigation is being conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Troy Morley is prosecuting the case. Never Misses A Shot was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service. A trial date has not yet been set.
