Robbery of Bank of the West Branch in Fargo

On December 31, 2011, at approximately 10:10 a.m., a bank robbery occurred at the Bank of the West, which is located at 3203 32nd Avenue South, Fargo, North Dakota. The robber, who was described as a male of Pacific Islander descent, entered the bank and approached the teller counter. After he was inside of the bank, he passed a note to the victim teller, demanding cash. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled from the bank on foot.

The robber was described as a male of Pacific Islander descent, who stood approximately 5’10” tall. He wore a black leather jacket and a black t-shirt. The robber also wore a diamond earring in his left ear. Additionally, the robber may be traveling in a gold, Chevrolet Malibu with South Dakota license plates.
