Kyle Man Acquitted of Sexual Abuse of a Minor

United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that a Kyle, South Dakota man was acquitted on July 7, 2011, of sexual abuse of a minor as a result of a federal jury trial in Rapid City, South Dakota. Joseph Fool Head was indicted by a federal grand jury in Rapid City on April 19, 2011. Fool Head was charged with allegedly engaging in a sexual act with a child under the age of 16.

The investigation was conducted by the FBI, and the United States Attorney’s Office prosecuted the case.
