FBI Minneapolis November 19, 2010 |
Ralph S. Boelter, Special Agent in Charge of the Minneapolis FBI office, today announces that additional charges have been brought in connection with the Redby, Minnesota shooting incident that occurred on November 3, 2010. On November 17, 2010, a federal complaint was filed in U.S. District Court charging Donald Leigh Clark, Jr. and Cruze Anthony White with one count each of murder in the second degree, and two counts each of assault with intent to commit murder. Clark was previously charged by federal complaint with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Both Clark and White are fugitives at this time as warrants for their arrests have been issued. They should be considered armed and dangerous and the public should exercise extreme caution around these men if they are observed. Anyone with information about where these men may be located is asked to contact the FBI at 612/376-3200.
Clark is described as Native American male, 22 years old, about 5’10” tall and weighing about 225 pounds. He has brown eyes, short black hair, and a thin mustache. White is described as a Native American male, 22 years old, between 5’7” and 5’9” tall, weighing about 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has four tattoos on the back of his left hand. They are the words “Kyra,” “Kalicia,” a bear paw, and a small star symbol. He also may have a tear drop tattoo in the corner of one eye.
The charges in a federal criminal complaint are merely an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty.
