$15,000 Reward Offered in Homicide of 9-Year-Old Child

Robert J. Shields, special agent of the Milwaukee Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), announced today an increased $15,000 reward as the FBI, along with the Milwaukee Police Department, seeks the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the shooting death of 9-year-old Zalayia Jenkins. The child was shot inside her house on May 5, 2016, in the 1500 block of W. Meinecke Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

SAC Shields said, “We are asking for the public’s help, if anyone has information that could lead to the arrest and conviction of those who are responsible for this violent crime we have a significant reward and would like to hear from you.”

A reward of $15,000 is being offer from the FBI for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the homicide.
