Seeking Public Assistance in Search for Bank Robbery Suspect
Anthony E. Taylor Charged with Robbing Chase Bank Branch in Mequon

The FBI Milwaukee Division and the Mequon Police Department are seeking the public’s help in locating bank robbery suspect ANTHONY E. TAYLOR, charged with the robbery of the Chase bank located at 5909 W. Mequon Rd., Mequon, Wisconsin, which occurred on Friday, September 28, 2012 at approximately 4:40 p.m. The suspect used a demand note and was able to obtain an undisclosed amount of money. No individuals were injured during the robbery.

ANTHONY E. TAYLOR is a black male, 46 years of age (DOB 06/01/1966), 5’6” tall, weighing approximately 155 pounds and has a shorter-cut full beard. A warrant for TAYLOR’s arrest has been issued by the Ozaukee County’s District Attorney’s Office.

Previous to this current charge, TAYLOR was convicted and sentenced in federal court for multiple bank robberies that took place in 1996. After being released from prison for the 1996 offense, TAYLOR was again convicted and sentenced in Wisconsin state court in 2005 for another bank robbery offense. TAYLOR is currently on probation for the 2005 bank robbery.

A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of ANTHONY E. TAYLOR.
