The FBI is releasing photographs from a bank robbery that took place on July 16, 2015, at approximately 9:55 a.m. at the BB&T bank branch at 4211 W. Commercial Blvd. in Tamarac.

A robber entered the bank, displayed a weapon, and demanded money from a bank employee. There were no shots fired and no injuries. Money was taken, but the amount will not be released at this time.

At this time, it is too early in the investigation to link this robber with other recent bank robberies in the area.
