Robbery of Bank of America Branch in Pompano

The FBI is releasing photographs from a robbery that took place today, January 6, 2014, at approximately 7:45 a.m. at the Bank of America branch 1019 East Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano, Florida.

A robber gained entry to the bank prior to its opening, displayed a weapon, and demanded money from employees. There were no shots fired and no injuries. Money was taken, but the amount will not be released at this time.
