On Thursday, July 9, 2015, Ranger Lacy, 35 of Morehead, Kentucky, was federally indicted on distribution and possession of child pornography charges. Lacy’s indictment stems from a previous arrest by the Kentucky State Police (KSP) in December 2012. Lacy’s arraignment was set for Tuesday, July 14, 2015, in Ashland, Kentucky. Lacy, however, failed to appear, and his whereabouts are currently unknown.

The FBI requests the public’s assistance in locating Lacy. There is an active warrant for Lacy’s arrest, and anyone with information on Lacy’s current location should contact the Louisville FBI Office at (502) 263-6000.
