Columbia Man Sentenced to 151 Months for Selling Crack

BOWLING GREEN, KY—Timmy Miller, age 43, of Columbia, Kentucky, in Adair County was sentenced to 12 years’ and seven months’ imprisonment in United States District Court, Bowling Green, Kentucky, for selling crack cocaine, United States Attorney David J. Hale of the Western District of Kentucky announced today. Joseph H. McKinley, Judge, United States District Court, also sentenced Miller to three years’ supervised release following imprisonment.

There is no parole in the federal judicial system.

Miller admitted during his guilty plea that on March 27, 2007, May 15, 2007, and June 29, 2007, he sold crack cocaine.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David Weiser, and it was investigated by the Kentucky State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
