FBI Top Ten Fugitive Philip Patrick Policarpio, who was wanted by the LAPD for the alleged murder of his pregnant girlfriend, and federally, for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution, was apprehended Sunday by agents with the U.S. Customs Border Protection.

Policarpio was taken into custody at the San Ysidro Port of Entry as he was crossing into the United States from Tijuana. Policarpio was on U.S. soil at the time of his arrest.
