JACKSON, MS—Jenna Tubby, 27, of Choctaw, Mississippi, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III, to 18 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release for having abusive sexual contact with a minor, announced U.S. Attorney Gregory K. Davis. The crime occurred on the tribal lands of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.

This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians Police Department. It was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Patrick Lemon.
