FBI Antitrust Fugitives
The FBI's International Corruption Unit investigates individuals and organizations committing anticompetitive violations harming U.S. consumers and its economy. We do this in partnership with the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, which is responsible for prosecuting these violations.
If you have been charged with an antitrust crime and wish to address the charges against you, you or your attorney may contact 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324) or your nearest American Embassy or Consulate, or you can submit an online tip at tips.fbi.gov. DOJ’s Antitrust Division also maintains a website containing additional information on individuals publicly charged with competition crimes and believed to be located abroad.
Note: This list only contains individuals whose charges are not under seal.
