D’Andre Green was at a party at the Brookside Community Center at 900 Marrows Road in Newark, Delaware on December 28, 2013. A fight started in the front parking lot as people were leaving the event. D’Andre was not involved in the fight and attempted to run away when shots were fired. He was shot several times in the crossfire and later died from his injuries.
