Seeking Victim Information Related to the Marketing and Sale of AML Bitcoin

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) San Francisco Division and the United States Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of California are seeking to identify victims of Rowland Marcus Andrade in connection with the fraudulent marketing and sale of the following cryptocurrency products; The Aten "Black Gold" Coin, Aten Coin, AML Bitcoin token, AML Bitcoin, and ABTC.   
 
Mr. Andrade was convicted of wire fraud and money laundering charges related to the sale of these cryptocurrency products through his company, the National Aten Coin Foundation, a limited liability company, also referred to as the NAC Foundation, LLC.  Mr. Andrade raised millions of dollars through false and misleading statements to investors about the cryptocurrency and the purported technology behind it.  Mr. Andrade primarily targeted cryptocurrency investors between the timeframe of 2014-2019.
