If you or a minor dependent has had contact with Cipkin or any of the above-listed usernames or while using Snapchat, Pinterest, YesIChat, Y99, or Instagram between 2020 and 2023, you’re asked to complete this questionnaire.
You may also contact FBI New Orleans at CipkinVictim@fbi.gov or by calling 1-504-816-3000 and leaving a message for the case agent. If you’re aware of anyone else who has had contact with Cipkin, please encourage them to fill out the questionnaire.
