FBI Seeking Victim Information in Jeffrey Gray Investigation
The FBI's satellite office in Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking to identify potential victims of Jeffrey Gray, who was recently charged in a criminal complaint with sexual exploitation of a child (commonly referred to as production of child pornography) and possession of child pornography.
Jeffrey Gray owned and operated a photography business named Wicked Imagery located in Des Moines, Iowa. Court documents allege that Gray used hidden cameras at his photo studios to capture images and videos of minors in stages of undress, including images and videos that constitute child pornography under federal law, and that Gray was creating child pornography from as early as 2005 to at least 2016.
If you and/or your minor dependent(s) were victimized by Jeffrey Gray or have information relevant to this investigation, please fill out this short form. Due to the volume of possible victims, we ask for your patience as it may take significant time before you are contacted by law enforcement.
If you know of someone else who has possibly been victimized by Jeffrey Gray, please encourage them to complete the form themselves. Individuals under the age of 18 should have a parent or guardian fill out the form on their behalf.
The FBI is legally mandated to identify victims of federal crimes it investigates. Victims may be eligible for certain services, restitution, and rights under federal and/or state law. Your responses are voluntary but may be useful in the federal investigation and to identify you as a potential victim. Based on the responses provided, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information. All identities of victims will be kept confidential.
