2023 Director’s Community Leadership Award Recipient

The Louisville Division honors the YMCA of Greater Louisville Black Achievers. This program strives to create equity in education and the workplace by motivating minority youth to develop and pursue high educational and career goals. Black Achievers has served more than more than 21,000 youth since 1979 through hands-on learning and enrichment opportunities, as well as by awarding college scholarships.
