2023 Director’s Community Leadership Award Recipient

The Honolulu Division honors Thanh Truc T. Nguyen. Ms. Nguyen has developed internet safety lessons for teachers and students in Hawaii’s schools for many years. Her programs have helped young people protect themselves, their families, and their friends while online and while using social media. She also emphasizes positive digital citizenship and encourages children to consider how the choices they make online can affect others.
