FBI Tampa honors Jena McKinstry. She created the nonprofit Smiles Fur Miles with her partner, service dog Koda the Fluff. Together, they have built a globally recognized social media brand that includes highlighting law enforcement efforts to make communities safer. McKinstry and Koda have created innovative public service announcements about pedestrian safety, driving-under-the-influence prevention, traffic safety, and other topics.
