FBI Philadelphia honors Elissa Darrow. Darrow founded and runs Angels Community Outreach, a nonprofit that provides services and clothing to families in need, victims of domestic violence, and homeless people. A survivor of domestic violence who once lived in a shelter, Darrow has aided Jewish seniors, school children, veterans, and many others.
