FBI Honolulu honors E Ola Pono Ma Kapolei, or EOPMK. EOPMK is part of the Coalition for a Drug-Free Hawaii’s community program based in Kapolei, Hawaii. The coalition works to prevent and reduce youth substance use while addressing community concerns such as bullying, exploitation, and substance abuse through events at local schools.
