FBI Buffalo honors Rev. Mark Blue. Following a racially motivated attack in Buffalo, New York, in July 2022, Blue took a leadership role to help the community. The president of the Buffalo Branch of the NAACP, he collaborated with the FBI’s Victim Services Division to help victims and later helped distribute over $6 million in funds to survivors and victims.
