FBI Albany honors Leonard R. Ricchiuti Jr., the executive director of the Albany Police Athletic League (PAL). Under his leadership, PAL serves more than 2,000 youth annually, providing a wide range of recreational, social, and athletic programs that develop good citizenship and healthy lifestyles and improve the quality of life in Albany.
