2019 Director’s Community Leadership Award Recipient
FBI Detroit honors the National Council of Negro Women, Inc., Detroit Section. The section, chartered in 1946, provides women, girls, and families with the knowledge, training, and opportunities needed to strengthen their economic and social position within the community. Recently, the section began hosting human trafficking forums for the community, law enforcement, and social service agencies.
FBI Director Recognizes Distinguished Community Leaders
Director Christopher Wray recognized the recipients of the 2019 Director’s Community Leadership Award. These leaders, selected by their area FBI field office, have demonstrated outstanding contributions to their local communities through service.
