FBI Baltimore honors Brian Decker, digital media manager of Clear Channel Outdoor. The company donates print and digital billboards to the FBI to assist in their crime prevention efforts. Mr. Decker’s creative graphics capture the public’s attention to spotlight crimes against children, public corruption, fugitives, violent crimes, and other issues. His work consistently helps generate public awareness and tips.

These leaders, selected by their area FBI field office, have demonstrated outstanding contributions to their local communities through service.
