FBI Atlanta honors the Southern Division of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). The ADL is renowned for exposing extremism, providing anti-bias education, and fighting hate and racism. The ADL and FBI partnered to host seminars for local synagogues and Jewish institutions on how to protect houses of worship, along with workshops on free speech for students and law enforcement after anti-Semitic incidents at two universities.
FBI Director Recognizes Distinguished Community Leaders
Director Christopher Wray recognized the recipients of the 2019 Director’s Community Leadership Award. These leaders, selected by their area FBI field office, have demonstrated outstanding contributions to their local communities through service.
