The Jackson Division honors Sunflower Landing. Run by Region One Mental Health, Sunflower Landing is an innovative residential treatment facility for adolescents with substance abuse and related problems. The treatment approach addresses the body, mind, and spirit of the residents and includes pet therapy, continuing education, and community service.
FBI Director Recognizes Distinguished Community Leaders
In a ceremony at FBI Headquarters on May 3, 2019, Director Christopher Wray recognized the recipients of the 2018 Director’s Community Leadership Award. These leaders, selected by their area FBI field office, have demonstrated outstanding contributions to their local communities through service. The FBI is grateful for the work of each of these individuals and organizations on behalf of their communities.
