The Cincinnati Division honors Deana Hudgins, the president and executive director of Ohio Search and Recovery Canines. Hudgins has worked closely with FBI Cincinnati to help locate victims, bring healing to their families, and move investigations forward. She and her canine partners have helped locate the remains of several murder victims, including one who was kidnapped and murdered 35 years ago.

FBI Director Recognizes Distinguished Community Leaders


In a ceremony at FBI Headquarters on May 3, 2019, Director Christopher Wray recognized the recipients of the 2018 Director’s Community Leadership Award. These leaders, selected by their area FBI field office, have demonstrated outstanding contributions to their local communities through service. The FBI is grateful for the work of each of these individuals and organizations on behalf of their communities.
