2017 Director’s Community Leadership Award Recipient

FBI Director Christopher Wray presents Mobile Division recipient Nikklos Kidd with the Director’s Community Leadership Award (DCLA) at a ceremony at FBI Headquarters on April 20, 2018.

The Mobile Division honors Nikklos Kidd. Mr. Kidd established the Measure of a Man project, which teaches at-risk young men to be carpenters. Mr. Kidd also serves as founder and executive director of Compassion in Action, Inc., a non-profit community enrichment program that helps both impoverished youth and elderly homeowners maintain safe and sanitary housing conditions.

FBI Director Recognizes Distinguished Community Leaders

In a ceremony at FBI Headquarters on April 20, 2018, Director Christopher Wray recognized the recipients of the 2017 Director’s Community Leadership Award. These leaders, selected by their area FBI field office, have demonstrated outstanding contributions to their local communities through service. The FBI is grateful for the work of each of these individuals and organizations on behalf of their communities.
