How the FBI works with Congress 

The Office of Congressional Affairs (OCA) is the FBI’s primary liaison to Congress. Its goal is to enhance Congressional confidence in the FBI by highlighting FBI accomplishments, missions, investigative authorities, values, threats, and challenges.
