Submit a Topic Suggestion Form
To Suggest a Topic for Consideration to the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact Council Process
Do you have an idea or issue regarding the authorized exchange of criminal history record information for noncriminal justice purposes?
The National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact Council (Compact Council) currently meets twice a year to discuss and make recommendations regarding information sharing of criminal history record information among the federal government and the states for noncriminal justice purposes when authorized by federal or state law.
All topic suggestions will be forwarded to the FBI Compact Officer for coordination with the Council Chairman for consideration as the meeting agendas are finalized.
The submitted form will be electronically sent to the FBI's Compact Council Office. Additional questions can be directed to compactoffice@fbi.gov.
