Robbery of Comerica Bank Branch in Houston
Man Cases Bank and Returns with Armed Accomplice to Conduct Robbery

The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force needs help to identify two bank robbers who teamed up to rob a Houston Comerica Bank branch this morning. Bank surveillance photographs depicting both robbers are included in this press release.

At about 10:50 a.m., a man entered the Comerica Bank located at 800 Lockwood Drive, Houston, Texas, and asked about opening a bank account. He left the bank and returned in two to three minutes with an armed accomplice. One robber remained by the front door while the other armed robber approached the teller and obtained an undisclosed amount of money. A witness saw the men leave the bank in a black SUV. No one was physically hurt.

The robbers are both described as black males. The first robber is approximately 5’6” to 5’7” tall, 20-25 years old, with a medium build, light complexion, and short hair. He wore blue jeans and a white, short-sleeved shirt worn over a long-sleeved shirt.

The second robber is approximately 5’5”-5’6” tall, 20-25 years old, with a medium build and long dreadlocks. He wore blue jeans and a yellow long-sleeved T-shirt.
