The Houston FBI Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the man who robbed the Compass Bank, located at 200 Northpark Drive in Houston, Texas, earlier today. Bank surveillance video captured photos of the robber as he committed the crime.

At approximately 10:30 a.m., the man entered the bank and approached a teller. He handed the teller a note which demanded money and threatened her life. He then lifted his shirt to show off a handgun concealed in his waistband. The teller provided the robber with some cash. He walked out of the bank and was last seen walking east from the bank. No one was physically hurt during the robbery.

The robber is described as a white male, 27-30 years old, approximately 6’1” tall, with a medium build and a pale complexion. He had blond short hair, a blond mustache, and goatee. He wore a blue long-sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes. He was armed with a silver semi-automatic weapon.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000.00 for information leading to the charging and arrest of this robber. If you have information about this case, please call the Crime Stoppers tip line at 713-222-TIPS (8477), or the Houston office of the FBI at 713-693-5000.
