  • Special Agent Shauna Dunlap (713) 936-7638

The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force needs your help in identifying a man who is now suspected in at least two Houston area bank robberies. The latest occurred at the Chase bank located at 3403 Richmond in Houston, Texas, earlier today.

At approximately 12:25 p.m., the man entered the bank and walked to a teller counter. He handed the teller a note which stated he had a gun and demanded money. The teller provided him with some cash. He fled the bank on foot and was picked up by a minivan yellow cab. No one was physically hurt. The bank’s surveillance cameras captured good pictures of the man during the robbery and the yellow taxi which picked him up.

The robber is described as a white male, 35-40, approximately 5’7”-5’8” tall, about 170-180 pounds with a medium build, short brown hair, and a fair complexion. During the robbery, he wore sunglasses on top of his head, a short-sleeved blue polo shirt, and dark pants.

He is also suspected in the robbery of the Chase bank located at 4313 Montrose in Houston, Texas, on 09/02/2010.

Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and arrest of this robber, or any felony suspect. If you have information about this crime, please call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
