Photos Released in Bellaire Bank Robbery

The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force needs your help in identifying a man who robbed the Chase bank located at 9709 Bellaire in Bellaire, Texas, on September 3, 2010.

At approximately 2:00 p.m., the man entered the bank and gave a teller a threatening demand note. The robber then took back his note and the bank’s money and left the area on foot. No weapon was observed. No one was physically hurt. The bank’s surveillance cameras captured pictures of the man during the robbery.

The robber is described as a black male, 35-40 years old, approximately 6’ tall, with a medium build and a dark complexion. During the robbery, he wore a dark baseball cap, sunglasses, black tee-shirt, shorts, tennis shoes, and white socks.
