Man Robs Bank, Then Takes Taxicab

The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force needs your help in identifying a man who robbed the Chase bank located at 4313 Montrose in Houston, Texas on 09/02/2010.

At approximately 11:30 a.m., the man entered the bank and gave a teller a threatening demand note. The teller provided him with some cash. He fled the bank on foot and was picked up by a Yellow Cab Taxi minivan. No one was physically hurt. The bank’s surveillance cameras captured good pictures of the man during the robbery.

The robber is described as a white male, 35-40, approximately 5’7”-5’8” tall, about 170-180 pounds, with a medium build, short brown hair, and a fair complexion. During the robbery, he wore reflective lens sunglasses and a collared, button-down, short-sleeved yellow and blue plaid shirt.
