Seeking Information on Fugitive Juan Calderon

Juan Calderon pled guilty in federal court on August 12, 2010, to one count of Title 18 USC Section 2423(b), knowingly traveling in interstate commerce to engage in illegal sexual conduct. His conviction was the result of an FBI investigation which commenced in May, 2010, after the FBI learned of an incident in which Calderon was suspected of transporting a minor across state lines to engage in sexual conduct. Calderon was scheduled to be sentenced on October 12, 2010. On October 5, 2010, Calderon violated the conditions of his pre-trial release by removing the GPS monitoring device he was required to wear. An arrest warrant is currently outstanding for Calderon.

Calderon is described as a Hispanic male, 22 years of age, 6’1” in height, 178 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information as to Calderon’s whereabouts is asked to call the FBI at 915-832-5000.
