Bank Robbery Investigation

The Denver Police Department and the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force (RMSSTF) are investigating a bank robbery that occurred at:

US Bank
444 17th Street
Denver, Colorado
12/02/2010, 12:49 p.m.

The suspect is described as follows:

Sex: Male
Race: Black
Age: 25
Height: 5’10” to 6’
Weight: 150 to 180
Other: Light complexion, freckles
Information: Presented a demand note and received money.

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.

The FBI continues to provide financial institutions with the best practices for security to make them less vulnerable to robberies.
