FBI Denver Releases Statement on April 2009 Events

The FBI Denver Division has been in contact with the Denver Police Department and the City of Denver Safety Manger concerning the events of April 4, 2009.
As with any allegation that may fall within the FBI’s purview, the Denver office will conduct a review of those events to determine if there is a basis for a federal civil rights investigation.
Per FBI policy, the Denver Division will not discuss ongoing investigative matters.
