Bank Robbers Apprehended

On Tuesday, June 15, 2010, at approximately 11:00 a.m., the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force (RMSSTF) arrested MANUAL RAY JIM, DOB 06/12/1979, and RHONDA MANZANARES, DOB 12/15/1979, for bank robbery. JIM and MANZANARES are believed to be responsible for the armed bank robbery of the Premier Federal Credit Union on Monday, June 08, 2010, at 9625 East Arapahoe Road, Greenwood Village, Colorado.

MANZANARES was arrested without incident by the FBI SWAT Team at 8300 North Sheridan in Westminster, Colorado. The Westminster Police Department provided assistance in the arrest.

JIM was arrested without incident at the same time by the Denver Police Department METRO SWAT Team at 4356 West Nevada Place, Denver, Colorado.

The FBI RMSSTF was assisted in the investigation of this armed bank robbery by the Greenwood Village Police Department.

Both MANZANARES and JIM were jailed in the Denver City Jail pending an appearance before a United States Magistrate Judge. This case is being prosecuted by the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado.
