Robbery of Chase Bank

On Wednesday, December 23, 2009, at approximately 9:30 a.m., a bank robbery occurred at Chase Bank, 1125 17th St., Denver, Colorado.
The suspect is described as a white male, 35 to 40 years old, 5’7”, medium build.
The suspect presented a demand note, received money, and fled.
This is the same suspect who robbed the same bank on 12/18/09 and is known as the “Crooked Lid Bandit.”

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison term for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.
