FBI Arrests Richard Strandlof in San Diego

Richard Glen Strandlof, 32 years of age, also known as Rick Duncan, was arrested today, Friday, October 9, 2009, in downtown San Diego, California, on an outstanding federal warrant for false claims about receipt of military decorations or medals (Stolen Valor). Strandlof was arrested without incident by FBI Agents in San Diego. Charges were filed in the District of Colorado, Denver, on Thursday, October 1, 2009. The penalty for his crime is up to one year incarceration and a $100,000 fine.
