The FBI, Colorado Division of Securities and the United States Attorney's Office are investigating allegations of investment fraud against Valley Investments, also known as Valley Mortgage of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the owners, Philip Lochmiller Sr. and Philip Lochmiller Jr.

The FBI has received numerous calls on the established HOTLINE-- 303-575-7012. This hotline was established for anyone who invested with Valley Investments, Valley Mortgage and/or had business dealings with the Lochmillers. We ask for patience from those who called or will be calling, as the calls have been voluminous. If you can not get through, please try again. What investors can expect-- In the next 30 to 60 days after you call the hotline and leave your name, address, and contact phone number (s) you should receive a packet containing a questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire and return it to the designated address. Investigators will be reviewing each and every questionnaire.
