Bank Robber Identified in Series of Robberies in the Dallas Metroplex Area

Special Agent In Charge Robert E. Casey Jr., Dallas FBI, is seeking the public’s help in locating SAMUEL JOHNS DICKEY, age 43, whose last known address was in Richland Hills Texas.

DICKEY is alleged to be responsible for robberies at several banks in the metroplex area.

  • 10/25/2009 – 1st Convenience Bank, 2275 Gus Thomasson Road, Dallas, Texas.
  • 10/27/2009 – 1st Convenience Bank, 150 N. Beckley, Lancaster, Texas
  • 10/28/2009 – 1st Convenience Bank, 200 US Highway 80, Mesquite, Texas
  • 11/02/2009 – Resource One Credit Union, 7518 Ferguson Road, Dallas, Texas
  • 11/04/2009 – 1st Convenience Bank, 123000 Lake June, Balch Springs, Texas

DICKEY is described as a black/male, 43 years of age, 5’5” tall, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

DICKEY should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.

Anyone recognizing this robber or having information about his current whereabouts should call the Dallas FBI Office at 972-559-5000 or their local police agency. This person should not be approached by citizens who may recognize him or know his whereabouts.
