Juvenile Sex Trafficker Wanted

Gary O’Neal Bell Being Sought for Facilitating Commercial Sex of a Minor

Update: Gary O’Neal Bell was arrested without incident on February 16, 2017 by the Metropolitan Police Department (part of the Washington Field Office’s Child Exploitation Task Force) with assistance from the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Team.


Members of the FBI’s Washington Field Office Child Exploitation Task Force have obtained an arrest warrant for Gary O’Neal Bell, 24, of Washington, D.C. for juvenile sex trafficking. Bell is wanted for facilitating commercial sex for an underage female over a series of months. The sex trafficking occurred in multiple locations throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Gary O’Neal Bell is described as a black male, approximately 145 pounds, 5’8” tall, with a medium build, brown eyes, and black hair that may have recently been cut short. Bell is known to have a cross tattooed below his right eye.

Bell is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Rewards of up to $2,000 for information that leads to the arrest of Bell are being offered by the FBI and United States Marshal Service.

This case is being investigated by the FBI’s Child Exploitation Task Force, which includes members of the FBI’s Washington Field Office, the Metropolitan Police Department, and United States Marshals Service, who work to locate and apprehend individuals who exploit children, as well as identify and rescue victims.
