FBI Washington Field Office Offering Up to $5,000 Reward for Information on Manassas Mall Homicide

The FBI Washington Field Office is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of individual(s) responsible for the murder of Jahmar Latravern Graves.

Graves, 34, from Baltimore, Maryland, was killed and a 22-year-old victim was wounded in a shooting that occurred on April 2, 2021, at approximately 11:15 p.m. during an altercation in the parking lot outside the Manassas Mall in Manassas, Virginia.

Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two male and one female suspects, as well as anyone else involved in the shooting. Surveillance video can be found at https://youtu.be/85pgWyULEmE.

The FBI’s Northern Virginia Safe Streets Violent Crimes Task Force is assisting the Prince William Police Department with this investigation. An additional reward may be available.
