Hannibal Man Sentenced on Federal Child Pornography Charges
ST. LOUIS, MO—Justin Dugger, 34, Hannibal, Missouri, was sentenced to 37 months in prison, followed by supervised release for life, on charges of possession of child pornography.
Dugger pled guilty in September to two felony counts of possession of child pornography and appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge E. Richard Webber, in St. Louis.
This case was investigated by the Kirksville Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, St Charles County Sheriff’s Department, St Charles County Cyber Crime task force, ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) and Regional Computer Crime Education and Enforcement Group. Assistant United States Attorney Erin Granger handled the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
