San Diego FBI Seeking Assistance to Identify Scripps Ranch Bank Robber

The San Diego FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force and the San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the individual believed to be responsible for a bank robbery in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego.

On Monday, November 1, 2021, at approximately 9:42 a.m., a man entered the Wells Fargo Bank located at 10675 Scripps Poway Parkway, San Diego, California, and presented a demand note to the teller. After receiving cash, the robber fled on foot.

Description of Robber:

  • Sex: Male
  • Race: White
  • Age: Mid-30s
  • Height: Approximately 5’9”
  • Build: Tall, thin
  • Clothing: Blonde wig; navy blue baseball cap; a blue short-sleeve shirt with a blue long-sleeve shirt underneath; dark blue pants; dark shoes
